Mulberry Bush Childcare Center The Mulberry Bush Child Care Center is open from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Enrollment is open to children age six weeks through Kindergarten. This center admits children without regard to sex, race, color, ethnic, or national origin. We do reserve the right to not accept a child if we do not believe that we can offer that child the best possible care. Berry Branch Childcare Before- and after-school care specifically for 4K and 5K children. This program is separate from Extra Mile and is located at Parkview and Horizon Elementary Schools. The 4K and 5K children will be in a separate room, which will allow for more appropriate activities for their age group. Also provides care for 4K children during the part of day when they are not in the 4K classroom. The teacher to student ratio is 1:10. Includes a summer program in the afternoon after the morning summer school program and an all-day summer program after summer school. Children must attend summer school to be in the program. School-Age Childcare We operate Extra Mile centers at Horizon, Parkview and Fairview. Extra Mile is open from 6 a.m. until the start of school and after school until 6 p.m. It is open from 6 a.m. until the start of school and after school until 6 p.m. This program is available on non-school days when registration is sufficient to support it. Extra Mile School-Age Child Care is also open in the summer. Complete details and registration information available at the community education office.
